Selling Guidelines

Everything you need to know about listing your kids second-hand clothes in bulk
All contents in a Lupbox must be in very good condition

To keep clothing in circulation, it must be in very good condition. By very good condition, we mean, it must not:
* Have any holes
* Large Visible Stains
* Be Stretched
* Have missing pieces (buttons, zipper, etc.)

It must be:
* Clean
* Complete
* Functional
* Maintain original colors

Normal signs of use, like light peeling are acceptable.

Box Contents

Your Lupbox can contain a wide variety of kids' clothing, including:
* Everyday clothing (e.g., t-shirts, pants, dresses, etc.)
* Outerwear (jackets, raincoats, etc.)
* Nightwear (pajamas, sleepwear)
* Seasonal items (summer clothes, winter gear, etc.)

Box Pricing

Every box value is calculated from our pricing system. We have developed a pricing system based on weight, number of items, season and valuable items add-ons.

A regular Lupox will range from 0.40 cts to a maximum of 2 EUR per item. A Wunschlupbox will range from 0.50 cts to a maximum of 3 EUR per item.

You will receive the final price of your box with the listing confirmation. If you are not satisfied with the total value of your box, you will find a link to cancel it in the same email.

Prices displayed to buyers are higher because they include Lupbox fees and shipping as we aim to be transparent to communicate the final price the buyer will pay which is not the same value the seller will receive.

Clothing Size
We focus only on kids sizes from newborn up to 128, sizes must be consecutive, and a box can contain a maximum of 4 sizes to ensure the box is attractive to our community. (i.e 74,80,86,92).
Can I include toys/shoes in a Lupbox?
Toys/Shoes must not be included in the package. We'll keep you updated when we support these items.
Verification of Contents

The buyer from our community will verify the contents of your package. If there are items that don't meet our guidelines and/or the details provided, they will be removed from the package and discounted from its value. Items that don't meet our guidelines won't be returned.

Can I include other kids items in my Lupbox?
Sheets, towels and other fabric accessories for kids can be included in a Lupbox, make sure to select them in the listing form and mention them on the description.
Shipping
Once your box is sold and you have confirmed the sale, you will receive the DHL label to ship your package. Depending on the size of your box a small amount will be deducted from the payout.
